Steadman Tool & Die, Inc's EDM department utilizes the latest in CNC sinker technology. The most common materials EDM-ed are tool steel and carbide. This department is capable of EDM-ing any material that conducts electricity. We focus on micro EDM-ing on single part or high production lots, precise tolerances (+/- .0002) with superior finishes ranging from [vdi 24 to 12] or [ra 1.60 to.40].
